China's Ganfeng Lithium said on Sunday it is facing an investigation by the country's market regulator over suspected insider trading.
China's largest producer of lithium said it received the notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) on Friday for a probe that began on January 24.
Ganfeng said the investigation was linked to “suspicion of ” insider trading of a mainland-listed A-share and that it would not affect the “normal production and business activities” of the company.
