In its latest European move, Umicore agrees to purchase Freeport Cobalt’s refining and precursor operations for $150 million at its operation in Kokkola Finland
The end of May saw Umicore announce that it would purchase Freeport Cobalt’s refining and precursor operations in Kokkola, Finland. The $150 million deal has to go through regulatory approvals but is expected to be finalised at the end of the year.
