This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Benchmark Mineral Intelligence Group (“Benchmark”, “we”, “our”, or the “Company”) takes to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.
Benchmark is committed to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professional conduct. We do not tolerate modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chains. We take a risk-based and proportionate approach to identifying and addressing potential risks in our operations and supply chains.

Our supply chain is primarily services based and includes:

We operate with a network of suppliers and contractors in the United Kingdom and internationally. The nature and geographic scope of these relationships may evolve as business needs change.
Our Policies and Governance
We maintain an Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy that applies to all employees, directors, contractors, and business partners. The policy sets clear expectations that:
Modern slavery and human trafficking are strictly prohibited.
Individuals must conduct business in a manner that respects human rights and labour standards.
Concerns, suspicions, or known incidents must be reported promptly through designated reporting routes
Policy Oversight
The Board has overall responsibility for oversight of this statement and our approach. Day-to-day responsibility for implementation sits with the Chief Legal Officer, working with relevant internal teams including Human Resources and Operations.
Risk Assessment
Given the nature of our business, we consider the most relevant areas of potential modern slavery risk to typically arise where labour is outsourced or subcontracted, including:
Event and venue related labour such as catering, cleaning, security and logistics
Printing, promotional materials and merchandise
Travel and hospitality supply chains
Engagement of contractors or service providers in higher risk jurisdictions
Risk Management
Benchmark seeks to address potential modern slavery risks through proportionate and risk-based measures. These may include supplier due diligence, contractual protections, internal policies and guidance for colleagues responsible for engaging suppliers.
Reporting Concerns
We encourage anyone connected with our business, including employees, contractors, and suppliers, to report any concerns related to modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or supply chains. Concerns can be raised through line management, the People function, or directly to the Chief Legal Officer. Reports will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately, with appropriate remedial action taken where required. Confidentiality will be respected to the extent possible, and there will be no retaliation for raising concerns in good faith.
