We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we will provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day). We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers’ wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience;

  4. TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE UK

    In general, when transferring your personal data outside the UK:

    1. We will only transfer your personal data to countries that have been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data.
    2. Where we use certain service providers, we may use specific contracts approved for use in the UK which give personal data the same protection it has in the UK.

  5. STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

    All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.     Where we are relying on consent to process your personal data you have the right to withdraw your consent. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent.

    You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we could refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
