Packages are priced by usage tier: up to 10 users, up to 20 users, or Enterprise (21+ with SSO and advanced permissions). This ensures access is aligned with the size of your team.

Q: Do packages come pre-set, or can I build my own?

We offer both package options. You can choose from popular pre-configured package (such as Upstream Essentials or Full Battery Value Chain) or build a completely bespoke package from the ground up, by selecting individual services most relevant to you.

Q: Can I upgrade or change my package later?

Yes. Many customers start with a smaller configuration and expand coverage as their teams and projects grow. Your account manager can adjust services and tiers at any time.
