Josephine was previously Head of Investor Strategy and Investor Relations Manager at a leading mining and investment forum provider, Relationship Manager in Markets Group’s ALTS portfolio and Buyside Growth Manager at The Finance Hive’s Traders network.

Joao Oliva

Head of Investor Acquisitions - North America

Based in Chicago, Joao co-manages Benchmark Connect for the North American region.

He brings extensive experience from his previous role as Head of Investor Acquisitions at a leading mining and investment forum provider, where he managed high-impact meetings programmes for over five years.

Through this work, Joao has built a strong global network of commodity investors and institutional financiers, positioning him as a key driver of investor engagement and strategic growth.
